How to Use Peppermint Oil

Inhalation: Place 1 drop on your palms, rub together, cup over your nose, and inhale deeply.

2. Topical (Diluted)

For headaches: Mix 2 drops with 1 teaspoon carrier oil (like coconut or jojoba) and rub on temples and neck.

For sore muscles: Add 4–5 drops to 1 tablespoon carrier oil and massage into the affected area.

For itchy skin: Mix 1 drop into 1 teaspoon aloe vera gel or carrier oil and apply.

3. For Digestion

Abdominal massage: Blend 2–3 drops with a carrier oil and massage onto the stomach area
